Rod and I would like to give a big shout out to all the parents who helped us during the winter sports/activities that took a camera along with them to take pictures for the Ainsworth Star-Journal. It is nice to know we have volunteers who tell us they are going to an event ask if we would like them to take pictures or people we can call on for photos because we have to be out of town.
Again, we thank all of you. Your willingness helps keep our “Hometown Newspaper Alive.”
It is hard to believe that we just finished experiencing below zero temperatures a week ago, and starting next Monday, March 1st, spring sports practices will begin! This year is certainly flying by. But on the bright side, if spring sports practices are starting next week, that means golfing isn’t far away!
